Dec 2 was our second day of Practice club!!!  This time, different students came and we helped them practice their E flat, B flat and G magor scales.  TheSymphonic band trombonists got to leave early because they managed to finish the required tasks before time ended.  The student from Advanced band had trouble staying on tune and I helped him by playing his part on the piano simultaneaously.  This helped him watch his intonation a bit.  The trumpet was given special attention as he couldn't play the high G.  We had him pratice low notes and then worked our way up to the high note.  It was a very producitve day. 

Nov 30

November 30 was our first day of our MAD project.  Students from Symphonic band and Combined Band in Middle school came for extra-practice sessions.  We started practice Club at  3:30 and ended at 4:15.  We had three trombonists turn up, one trumpet, one baritone, one percussionist and one french horn. We helped all the musicians practice and lead them to play the parts of their music that they weren't very familiar with.  Overall, I thought that it went really well.
